In order to properly fund schools and educational programs, many suggest reducing the reliance on property taxes to fund schools which creates a disparity between the rich school districts and the poor school districts and replacing the money with state income tax. Do you favor "swapping" property tax for income tax in an effort to alleviate the state's educational funding crisis?
